Eden Mill – a new chapter

We’ve just helped Eden Mill launch a new whisky and gin in collaboration with Celtic Football Club.
Celtic have partnered with Eden Mill for years, producing several gins and whiskies to recognise landmark moments for the team, including Invincibles Gin, Treble Treble Gin, and the commemorative 1967 Lisbon Lions Whisky. For their 2022 collaboration, they’re celebrating the team itself.

The club was originally formed to represent a bridge of culture across the Irish sea, but in the 135 years since, its global appeal has blossomed. From across the globe they draw their players, inspiration, and botanicals. Eleven nationalities are represented with eleven botanicals to craft the unique Fusion Gin, and the label we developed used the elements of the Celtic knot to emphasise that these player, like these botanicals, are individually brilliant, but stronger together.
Eden Mill have blended together Scotch and Japanese whiskies to celebrate the recent acquisition of three Japanese players to Celtic F.C., and finished the spirit off in an Australian cask as a nod to their new manager. We developed a label design that incorporates Japanese characters describing the blend, and embossed loops that represent meridian lines.
