Tangent was the lead design consultancy for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, delivering over five hundred projects and over three thousand individual designs.
To deliver a branding exercise of this scale and reach we worked intensively with multiple partners and stakeholders from all across the world over a period of four years. Our identity system and art direction shaped every aspect of the Games’ brand.
We went on to develop a series of sub-brands for the Volunteer Programme, Queen’s Baton Relay, the Cultural Programme and Legacy 2014.
