Tangent is one of Scotland’s leading design agencies, specialising in branding. As a creatively-focussed studio, we pride ourselves on working with exciting and varied clients across a range of sectors, with a particular track record in delivering global events and high-profile cultural and civic work.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team, working remotely in the short-term before being ultimately based in our Glasgow city centre studio.
The Role
You will efficiently manage a range of exciting creative projects from inception to delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in line with a defined plan and will often report progress to the founders. As we are a small team, you may occasionally need to roll up your sleeves and help out other team members with tasks outside of your area of expertise such as proof-reading, site testing, content population etc. The role will be wide and varied and you will be expected to:
The Candidate
We’re looking for a supremely organised individual who can solve complex problems, break projects down into a clear set of priorities and stay calm while keeping lots of plates spinning at once. As with any organisational role, a love of lists and Gannt charts is essential. Just as important, however, is a positive, personable and upbeat nature - we’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with other people, whether they be colleagues, collaborators or clients.
